Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Referral Program. Please read these terms carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility and Participation

• The Referral Program is open to all registered users of our platform.
• Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
• Each user will receive a unique referral link (“Referral Link”) that can be shared with others.

2. Referral Rewards Structure

• The program supports up to three referral levels:
• Level 1 (Direct Referral): 10% of the referred user’s cashback rewards.
• Level 2: 4% of the referred user’s cashback rewards.
• Level 3: 1% of the referred user’s cashback rewards.
• Referral rewards are calculated based on the cashback earned by referred users when they make qualifying purchases through our platform.

3. Duration of Referral Rewards

• Referral rewards will only be granted for purchases made within 12 months from the date the referred user completes registration using the Referral Link.
• Purchases made after this 12-month period will not be eligible for referral rewards, unless the platform, at its sole discretion, decides to extend the reward period.
• Any extension of the referral reward period will be communicated to users in advance and is not guaranteed.

4. Payouts and Limits

• Referral rewards are credited to the referrer’s account in the form of platform credits or cryptocurrency as specified by the platform.
• All rewards are funded from the commissions the platform receives from partner stores.
• Users will never be charged fees for participation or reward distribution.

5. Program Rules and Compliance

• The Referral Program is not a lottery, pyramid scheme, or illegal multi-level marketing (MLM) operation.
• Rewards are only granted based on actual qualifying purchases made by referred users.
• Users are prohibited from fraudulent activities such as self-referrals or gaming the system.
• Any abuse of the program may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Modifications and Termination

• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes may include adjusting reward percentages, levels, or eligibility requirements.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data collected for the purposes of the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates.
